This Raw Tea Cake is a collaboration of Lam Kie Yuen Tea and Qun Ying Hui Tea. Mr Lam and Mr Ng (both are tea connoisseurs) travelled to Yunnan Tea Mountain selected ancient tea and process it by Traditional handicraft. The fermentation process occurs naturally through years of storing subject to the right climatic conditions. When aged under optimum conditions, the quality of this fine tea cake will be further enhanced. This Tea Cake is perfectly well fit for tea sippers and collectors.
