Description

Shou Mei Tea is from Fujian Province, China. It is a mix of upper leaf and tips, this furry white tea with a stronger flavour among all the white teas, similar to Oolong. It is the fourth grade of white tea and is plucked later than White Peony hence the tea may be darker in color. 

Name of Shou Mei, Shou means longevity, and Mei means eyebrow. Name comes from its leaf shape that looks like a long-living man’s eyebrow.
